“The Lord’s Prayer” Poem 1
Our Father Who is in Heaven You want us to come to You Come into Your Presence, seek You Come- make our petitions known Our Father who is in Heaven Before we our prayers say You know every need, each detail Yet You want us speaking to You Our Father Who is in Heaven You world have loved so much That You gave to us Lord Jesus Your Own Son You gave for us Our Father Who is in Heaven Your disciples You have loved so much You love them like You loved Jesus When He walked upon this earth Our Father Who is in Heaven You told us so often- You love Of Your love You talked so often In Scriptures of it You talked much Our Father Who is in Heaven So often we doubled Your love Because we did not really know You Because often we lacked faith Our Father Who is in Heaven You are God of love- You’re love And I want to become also I want to become too: Love
